Human Resources Training Project
The human resources field is undergoing a transformative shift. Traditional HR functions are being challenged by issues such as strategic misalignment, organizational silos, and the urgent need for capability renewal. In this context, the School of National Governance and the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China have jointly launched the “Value Creation in Human Resources in the Digital Intelligence Era” Practical Workshop. Drawing on the university’s world-class academic resources, the program blends theoretical rigor with practical relevance. It brings together leading academics and seasoned HR professionals to deliver a well-structured and comprehensive curriculum. With a strong emphasis on experiential learning, the workshop incorporates simulation exercises, corporate field visits, and real-world case studies, enabling participants to achieve meaningful breakthroughs in both capability and value creation.
