Project Overview
1.1 From “Going Global" to "Scaling Globally"
In today's shifting global landscape, international expansion has become a strategic necessity for Chinese corporates seeking world-class competitiveness. McKinsey research shows that leading Chinese firms derive 30–40% of their revenue overseas, compared with 80% for mature multinationals—highlighting both the gap and the opportunity.
Going global is not only about market and brand expansion; it is a full upgrade of organizational capability, strategic mindset, and global business vision.
1.2 Strategy Grounding Practice-Oriented Breakthrough
Built on over a decade of academic partnership between RUC and KEDGE Business School, the program integrates "Chinese insights" with "European practices" through a dual-module structure in China and Europe.
It aims to:
● Decode Europe's business landscape and governance logic
● Address key challenges in cultural integration, compliance, and sustainable growth
● Strengthen global leadership networks and award certificates for emerging global business leaders
Program Highlights
Joint Expertise: Two Leading Institutions
Combining the strengths of RUC and KEDGE, the program provides a cross-cultural, interdisciplinary platform that integrates Chinese perspectives with European expertise. It delivers global solutions with both strategic depth and practical relevance.
Integrated Learning: Theory + Real-World Practice
The curriculum blends cutting-edge theories with immersive business practice. Executive dialogues and visits to companies such as Airbus, LVMH, and Danone offer first-hand insight into Europe's business ecosystem, enabling participants to translate knowledge into actionable capability.

The program connects participants with European enterprises, industry associations, law firms, and financial institutions, building a sustainable network for global collaboration.
