On the morning of September 23, 2025, the School of Continuing Education, Renmin University of China and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) held a partnership signing ceremony at Huixian Building on the Renmin University of China campus. The event was attended by representatives from both parties, including Han Xiaoning, Dean of SCE, and Mike DePrisco, President and CEO of IMA.

At the opening of the ceremony, Dean Han extended a warm welcome to the IMA delegation on behalf of SCE. In his address, he emphasized that this partnership marks a significant step forward in cultivating internationally minded finance and accounting professionals. He also expressed his hope that both sides would leverage their respective strengths to achieve deep mutual benefits in areas such as curriculum development and talent cultivation.
In his remarks, President Mike DePrisco expressed his sincere appreciation to SCE for the warm reception. He spoke highly of Renmin University of China's distinguished stand in Chinese higher education and conveyed IMA’s strong enthusiasm for the collaboration. He noted his confidence that the partnership would bring new momentum to developing management accounting professionals with a global vision.

Witnessed by all attendees, Dean Han Xiaoning and President Mike DePrisco jointly signed the cooperation agreement, marking the official establishment of the partnership between the two institutions. The collaboration will primarily focus on integrating the CMA and FMAA certification programs into the university’s non-degree continuing education and training framework.

The ceremony concluded with an exchange of commemorative gifts and a group photo. The successful signing marks a solid step forward for RUC-SCE in expanding its portfolio of high-end international finance and accounting training programs, opening a new chapter in university-industry collaboration to cultivate future business leaders.
