From July 14 to 18, 2025, a delegation from the School of Continuing Education (SCE) of Renmin University of China, led by Vice Deans Li Jie and Chen Yingxia, visited Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The delegation met with the Center for Executive Development, the Confucius Institute at the University of Dubai, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, and the Dubai Branch of the Bank of China.

During the visit, SCE signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Dubai on cooperation in international training programs. The delegation also held meetings with relevant representatives from each organization, reaching preliminary cooperation intentions in the field of overseas education and training. Accompanying the delegation were Li Mingcong, Deputy Director of the Finance and State-owned Enterprise Development Department, and Liu Wenyun, International Project Coordinator from the Branding and Marketing Department.

This visit laid a solid foundation for the SCE’s subsequent training collaborations in Dubai. Based on the outcomes of the trip, SCE will work to finalize cooperation plans promptly, further deepen educational and training cooperations with all sectors in the UAE, and take a significant step toward contributing intellectual support to high-level talent cultivation between China and UAE.
