Strategic Alignment with France KEDGE Business School on the implementation of Study Tour Program
On March 14, 2025, the School of Continuing Education of Renmin University of China held an online meeting with Ms. Heloisa Neves and Professor Gerald Lang, instructional designers from KEDGE Business School (France), alongside Ms. Julien of Institut franco-chinois de l'Université de Renmin de Chine(French). The meeting focused onrefining the implementation details of the study tour program in France for Chinese entrepreneurs.
During the discussion, both sides have reached practical consensus on key elements of the program regarding the curriculum content, company visit, and the overall itinerary.
Exploring Collaborative Prospects with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia
On March 20, 2025, the School of Continuing Education engaged in in-depth and comprehensive discussions with representatives from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia via a online meeting. The discussion focused on potential areas and formats of collaboration for both degree and non-degree training programs, as well as the needs and cooperation intentions regarding training courses for working professionals and youth.
Representatives from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia — including Dr. Lai Soon Onn (Director of International Affairs), Dr. Cheng Ming Yu (Dean of the Faculty of Management and Leadership), and Dr. Lim Jee Hock (Head of the Continuing Education Centre) — held detailed discussions with delegates from Branding and Publicity Department., Faculty Development Centre, Financial and Corporate Business Centre, and Administrative and Party Affairs Centreof the School of Continuing Education. Both parties thoroughly introduced their educational resources and international collaboration frameworks, and achieved positive progress in fields such as communication within ASEAN in corporate management and youth study-abroad programs. Two sides agreed to exchange detailed materials after the meeting to facilitate follow-up negotiations.
On April 8, 2025, representatives from the School of Continuing Education’s Branding and Marketing Department conducted anin-depth online discussion with Ms. Lim Guat Yen (Director of the Corporate and Community Collaboration Division, CCCD) and Mr. Faizul (Head of Corporate and Community Training) from UTAR, focusing on the proposal for the Malaysia English Immersion Summer Camp. Significant progress was made on key areas, including curriculum design, faculty recruitment, accommodation standards, approval procedures for social activity, and the contractual clauses drafting for partnership agreements

On April 17, 2025, representatives of the School of Continuing Education engaged in online meeting with Ms. Merlin Toh from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore’s Global Emerging Youth (GEM) Development Centre. The discussion focused on the design of Singapore Summer Study Program, including the qualifications of course content and the instructors, the homestay arrangements and activity scheduling. Both parties showed great interests in collaborations regarding the high-caliber student cohorts in the field of AI and the cultivation of students interested in sustainable development. SCE Branding and Marketing Department actively carried out the pre-meeting market research, engaging with the agenda preparation and the follow-up and translation of necessary material.
